Only surviving son of the late Richard Gumbleton esq of Glanatore by Rachel Anne, dau. of H. Fowke esq of Barbados; b. 1832; s. 1849; m.1858 Isabella Matilda only dau. of the Hon. Judge Des Barres, late of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland. Mr. Gumbleton, who was formerly in the Royal Navy, is a Magistrate for Cos. Waterford & Cork. He inherited Twyning from his aunt, Mrs. Stocker, in 1881
