Replies
- The order is in the possession of the Vendors and can be produced
- This can be verified by an inspection of the Parish Register, but I will ask the Vendors if they have a Certificate.
- Five shillings. After the names of the Vendors as parties of the other part Mrs Gill is described as (formerly the within named Elsie Victoria Edginton who intermarried with the said Douglas Walter Gill on the 10th day of Nov 1920)
- I believe this is the amount appearing by the Tithe Award but see General Condition No 10. The present payment is about 10% more. It appears in the tithe map that each let[?] has been apportioned
- The Vendors are not aware of any
- Not to the Vendors' knowledge
- No
- The deeds will be handed to the largest Purchaser
- Subject to the Conditions of Sale Dated the 1st day of December 1925
