personal estate of Richard Gumbleton late of
Castleview in the County of Cork Esquire deceased
who died 26 June 1849 at the same place (left
unadministered by John Bowen Gumbleton one of his
Executors) were granted at the Principal
Registry to Richard John Maxwell Gumbleton
of Glenaton in the County of Cork Esquire Son
of deceased the sole Residuary Legatee. (Former
Grant Prerogative Court 1849.)
