Henry Bushe, Esq., Tristram Robert Ricketts, Esq. and Others, Defendants. Pursuant to the Decree of his Majesty's High Court of Chancery in Ireland, made in this Cause, bearing date the 10th day of June, 1825, I hereby require the several Creditors and Legatees of Frances Gumbleton, late of Cheltenham, Spinster, deceased, in the Pleadings in this Cause named, to come in before me at my Chambers, on the Inns-quay, Dublin, and prove and ascertain their respective demands, on or before the 8th day of November next, otherwise they will be precluded from the benefit of said Decree. Dated this 7th day of October, 1825.
