| An account of Owen Gumbleton's home and family are given in Cobbett's Weekly Political Register, 25 Oct 1834. The name is unusual, so this is almost certainly the present Owen Gumbleton who was baptising children in Carrigtohill in the early 1830s. The names of his wives are taken from the baptisms of the children, but the marriage records have not yet been found. | ||||||
