|Harriet Gumbleton was born in 1839 and baptised at West Grimstead on 18th August. She was the second child of John Gumbleton and Mary Ann Sims.
By 1861, at the age of 21, she was a servant in the household of John Gellibrand Hubbard, a banker, Conservative politician and MP for Buckingham. He later became 1st Baron Addington.
After 1861, we have been unable to find any records of Harriet, with no obvious entries in marriage or death indexes, nor in subsequent censuses.
