1) Richard Gumbleton Esq high sheriff of the county of Waterford
2) Stephen Sowton of Dungarvan
By virtue of a writ of distringas and vindit expon[..] directed to the said sheriff out of the King's Bench Ireland
requiring him to sell the goods and chattels of Andrew Hill of Saltabridgge, co. Waterford gent. to the value of
£140 seized by James May Esq late high sheriff of he said couny by vurtue of a fier[?] fac[?] and remaining in his hands
for wantof buyers and also by a fier[?] fac[?] inserted in the said writ to levy the sum of £609/5/4 of the goods of the
said Andrew Hills at the suit of Hugh Henry Esq He the said Richard Gumbleton exposed to sale the term of interest which
the said Andrew Hills had in the lands of Salterbridge and Quarter of Afane situate in co Waterford by virtue of a lease to him
thereof made by the Earl of Cork and Burlington for the term of 41 years to commence from 25 march 1719 at the yearly rent of
£80 by which deed of Bargain and sale the said Richard Gumbleton by virtue of the said writ and of his office did for the consideration
of £128 paid by Stephen Sowton grant bargain sell and assign unto him the said lands of Salterbridge and Quarter of Afane
and all Andrew Hills interest term of years claim and demand in and to the same by virtue of said lease.
